How it Works
1. Details
Send your preferred date, time, guest numbers, and add any extras from our list. If you would like a specific colour theme, please let us know.
2. Choose your location
We can set up in a public park where picnics are allowed, your garden, or a private venue. Please get in touch for public park location ideas near you.
3. Secure your booking
Full payment is required to secure your date. There is a £50 refundable damage waiver added on top to your booking which will be returned to you once we have collected and packed up. Payment is made via a secure link, and confirmation will be sent with all your picnic details.

Any travel outside of these areas are charged at 50p per mile
We can set up in your garden or a private outdoor space at a venue

If you have a particular public park in mind, please let us know upon booking. Most parks allow picnic Companies to set up for 2- 12 people however we will always check beforehand.
We prioritise outdoor spaces with easy parking, good facilities and beautiful views.

Before you book
T's & C's
A £50 refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings. This will be returned within 48 hours following your picnic, provided all items are returned in their original condition. Any damages or missing items may result in a deduction from the deposit. We understand wear and tear is a natural part of luxury picnics! We will always be reasonable and fair, keeping our equipment clean and safe between each use, for all to enjoy.

Love Picnics are designed to be enjoyed, our Ts and Cs are in place to ensure you have a wonderful day and have everything planned as smoothly and clearly as possible. Date Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans can change. In the event you are unable to attend your booking, we offer one date change with a minimum of 1 week notice of your picnic date. We cannot offer changes inside of 1 week. As we hold the date and time in our diaries at the time of booking, we are unable to offer refunds.
Weather Policy
We all love the great British weather!
As our picnics are mainly an outdoor experiences, we closely monitor weather conditions. In the event of unsuitable weather (heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions), you will be offered the option to reschedule your booking to another date. If you have an indoor alternative, we can also set up here.
No Shows
Failure to attend your booking without prior notice will be treated as a no show.
No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
Set-Up & Collection
We will arrive prior to your booking time to set up and welcome you to your picnic. At the end of your allocated time, we will return for collection. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed on time. We will also leave a contact number for the team.
